| U8 - this is where the players get a gentle introduction to contact rugby, learning to tackle while continuing to grow their running and passing skills. Boys and girls born in 2004 are most welcome.
Most of the training is fun based non-contact/non-competitive rugby.
Throughout the year we will be playing some blitzes against other clubs with the main emphasis of taking part and having fun.
