Suitable clothing i.e. tracksuits when it gets cold in the winter.
Contact details of Parent/Guardian - it is imperative that we have the correct contact details to facilitate communication of matches, cancellations etc.
It is requested at this age group that a parent/guardian is present on the sidelines during training and matches..

| U7 - this is where it all starts, the players of the future. Boys and girls born in 2005 are most welcome.
Most of the training is fun based non-contact/non-competitive rugby.
Throughout the year we will be playing some blitzes against other clubs with the main emphasis of taking part and having fun.
