2-11-2011 : Ratoath RFC players attend u15 North East Development Squad training session

Six Members from the Ratoath u15 team took part, Ben Scroupe, Dara Hore, Tomas Baggat, Oran Car, Andrew Gibson and Gavin King.
The day started with administration, from then a two hour on-field session. This entailed a programme set out by CDO in which the CCRO’s coached a group of North East Under-15 development squad, watched over by both CRO’s. The players were split into four sections, with 12 players in each group who put in an active session on handling, decision making and fitness.
The skill and commitment of the players was of a very high standard as was the coaching of the CCRO’s. A large number of parents attended the session and were very complimentary of the quality all round. The next training day is set for the Christmas break, date, time and venue yet to be confirmed.
